At the time I pointed out the flaws in the argument. Someone made a comparison of profits between Mario Run and Dr Mario, both of which had made $200k in the month prior to the announcement. This concern popped up when the announcement was made. This could hopefully make it easier for the game to remain active after they end support/stop making new content. If the live service format is the reason, then I really hope that near the end of MKT's life they add some on demand features-do away with cups/tours and make all tracks playable, make all D/K/G available for purchase with coins or in pipes, etc. Mario similar to MKT in that it's live service? It seems like it would be more similar to Super Mario Run, which makes me wonder why it will become unplayable. The format for MKT is a little different since it's like a live service game. I don't think Super Mario Run has been updated in a long time, but it's still playable. Why can't it be playable? Could the same happen with MKT at some point? It seems ridiculous that after playing a game for so long that it will just become unavailable. Mario game so I don't know how it operates, but it seems weird that it won't be playable. No I don't think MKT will be losing support anytime soon, but when it eventually does, what do you think will happen? I'm not familiar with the Dr.
That has me a little concerned about this game. Mario mobile game is ending support on Nov 1 I think, and apparently after that date it will no longer be playable.
